Built From the Ground Up
Jerry spent 22 years building and leading a commercial cleaning company — growing it from a team of 12 to more than 250 employees. That journey wasn't just about revenue and headcount. It was about learning, often the hard way, what it takes to build a business that doesn't collapse when the owner steps back.
After successfully selling the business, Jerry turned his attention to what he'd always been most passionate about: developing leaders. As an executive leader, he led teams, shaped culture, and helped organizations navigate growth and change. As a national speaker, he's taken those lessons to stages across the country.
Today, through HRA Executive Coaching, Jerry works with business owners and leaders who are ready to stop simply owning a job and start leading a business — one built on strong leadership, intentional culture, repeatable systems, and a clear strategy for growth.
